The General Assembly, a key event by BEST, gathers delegates from all local groups, the international executive board, and other contributors to enhance the organization.

Held biannually in spring and autumn, the next assembly organized by BEST Tallinn is scheduled for November 2024 in Estonia, returning after 2016. This assembly includes a BEST Conference Day and assembly sessions, where the future of BEST and reports from local and international groups are discussed.
